Delete your account.

You're in full control of your data. You can delete your account at any time, straight from the app, in under a minute. The action is immediate and irreversible.

01 How to do it

  1. Open Spot2Fakie

    Launch the app on your phone. You need to be logged in with the account you want to delete.

  2. Go to Profile

    Tap the profile icon (top right).

  3. Tap "Delete account"

    At the bottom of your profile, find "Help & support". Tap it and "Delete account" will appear.

  4. Confirm deletion

    You confirm and deletion starts immediately. Warning: the action is immediate and irreversible.

Note
Deletion is only available from the app (iOS or Android). There is no website or email-based deletion.

02 What happens next

Removed immediately

  • Name, nickname, email, date of birth
  • Follows, favorites, team participation
  • LIVE and scheduled sessions you created
  • All access tokens (you are signed out from every device)

What does NOT get deleted

The spots you submitted

They stay public on the map as a contribution to the community, but they are no longer linked to your profile. Spot2Fakie wouldn't be the same app without your contribution.

Timing Immediate deletion. The account is gone the exact moment you confirm the removal.
